The customer is responsible for shipping the garment back and covering return expenses.
Please retain proof of shipment and email the tracking number to Sophiakhaledteam@gmail.com as confirmation of return shipment.
Upon receiving your return, it will undergo careful inspection. You will be notified via email regarding the acceptance or rejection of your return.
If accepted, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
You can withdraw your purchase or exchange a product by returning it to Sophia Khaled within 14 days of receiving it.
The deadline is met if you return the goods within 14 days.
Sophia Khaled is not responsible for the returning goods' costs, and no refund of the original shipping fee will be issued.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction, with processing upon receiving and inspecting returned goods.
It's recommended to keep the postal receipt as proof of delivery to the post office/carrier.
Always reference your order number in communication with us and retain a copy of your cancellation notification for your records.
Sophia Khaled issues a full refund only if the product is in the same condition as at the time of delivery.
Any diminished value due to handling beyond what's necessary may result in a deduction from the refund.
Please be aware that garments with special adjustments for size and color are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
